Since the main problem preventing the disablement of ‘Find My iPhone’ is the password, you can use IMEIUnlockSIM to bypass it. The IMEIUnlockSIM online service makes it easy to remove the iCloud activation on your device, which uses the details of your Apple ID.
Here’s how to make use of IMEIUnlockSIM:
Step 1: Get IMEI Number
Option A: Dial *#06# and the 15 digits IMEI number will appear.
Option B: Navigate to Settings App> General > Settings > About page to identify your IMEI number.
Step 2: Open up any web browser and visit the IMEIUnlockSIM.
Step 3: Scroll down on the webpage till you see the field for *Device and IMEI.

2. Remove Find My iPhone without Password Using Tenorshare 4uKey (iOS 11.3 and Below)
Another way you can remove ‘Find My iPhone’ without a password requires the use of third-party App Tenorshare 4uKey. With this iPhone passcode unlocker, you can unlock your Apple ID then proceed to disable ‘Find My iPhone.’ Here’s how to do so:
Step 1: Download the Tenorshare 4uKey file on your system. Launch the tool after installation.
Step 2: Select the option to ‘Unlock Apple ID.’
Step 3: With your USB cable, connect your iPhone device to your computer.
Step 4: Once your device gets connected, you should see a ‘Start’ option to start the Apple ID removal process.

N.B: The Unlock Apple ID method does not work for devices with iOS 11.3 and above.

3. Free Way to Disable Find My iPhone without password (iOS 7 Only)
If you don’t fancy using the other two options above, which require paying to bypass the ‘Find My iPhone’ feature, you can try this free method. However, there is a caveat to it, which requires your iPhone software having iOS 7. Anything above iOS 7 will see the technique fail.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Go to ‘Settings’ on your iPhone.
Step 2: Tap the ‘iCloud’ icon.
Step 3: Scroll down, then select ‘Delete Account’ then confirm the action.
Step 4: A prompt should ask you to provide the iCloud password; bypass this by holding down the ‘Power’ button to shut down your phone.
Step 5: Power on your iPhone device and repeat steps 1 to 2.
Step 6: Select ‘Delete Account,’ thereby disabling ‘Find My iPhone.’
Bonus: How to Turn Off Find My iPhone with password
If you know your Apple ID password, then disabling ‘Find My iPhone’ should be straightforward. You can make use of any of the two methods below:
1. Disable Find My iPhone from Settings
Step 1: Navigate to ‘Settings’ from your Home Page.
Step 2: Tap on your ‘Apple ID.’
Step 3: Select ‘Find My.’
Step 4: Tap the ‘Find My iPhone’ option.
Step 5: Tap the toggle to show the ‘grey fill’ signifying the deactivation of the ‘Find My iPhone’ feature.
Step 6: Input your Apple ID password to confirm deactivation.
2. Disable Find My iPhone Using iCloud
Step 1: From a web browser, go to ‘icloud.com’ and provide your login details.
Step 2: Select the ‘Find My iPhone’ option.
Step 3: Enter your password to sign in.
